Spinach Hummus!

It has been a lot of hard work in the garden but today begins the pay off! 

1 can-15.5 oz Chickpeas’, drained and rinsed

3/4 cup Baby Spinach

3 T Mayo

1 T Sesame Seeds

1 tea Sesame Oil

1 tea Olive Oil

2 Cloves Garlic

1/2 Juice of a Fresh Lemon

Salt to taste

Blend ingredients in food processor and serve with tortilla chips. Yum!
